Same idea as our Telegram bot, now on WhatsApp.
Snap a receipt or forward a PDF → send → we convert to PDF, extract the data (vendor, amount, date, invoice ID), and it lands in your dashboard.

Already have a GetInvoice account? You can now invite your accountant from your dashboard using the “Invite Users” button This will automatically link your business to their new accountant account.

(1) Bank Statements 2.0
Our bank statements matching feature has gotten a major facelift:
You can now find the feature on the 'Statements' tab instead of the Dashboard
Now support CSV uploads, not just PDFs
You can manually match invoices when clicking on the 'Unmatched' tag
Invoices can be previewed directly from the transaction
Better transaction extraction and matching performance

(2) Email Routing
We can now automatically forward all your processed invoices to an email of choice.
Set custom rules based on the account the invoice comes from or the email it's sent to

(3) Accounting firms Partners Program
Lots of firms and accountants reached out to us about this, now it's a reality!
If you're an accounting firm or an individual managing multiple clients, you can now hire GetInvoice for all your clients:
Centralized billing
Flexible license management between client accounts
Master dashboard to view all client accounts from a single dashboard

Hey! Today I'm here to ask for your help and feedback (okay, maybe they're not exactly the same... but we need both!) Two things: (1) We just released our new Xero integration. You can now connect your Xero account and automatically create bills in Xero from GetInvoice. How does it work?
You'll see a popup to select the expense account and tax rate for the transaction. Click on 'Create Xero Bill', and you're done!
Since this integration is still in beta, we’re currently limiting it to 25 connected Xero accounts across all users. Before lifting this cap, we’d love your feedback to ensure everything works smoothly. If you manage to connect your account, just reply to this email and let us know how it goes, that’s the help we need! → Check out our docs on integrating Xero (2) New export option: DATEV XML. A must-have for our German customers (and friends). To export in this format, go to the download dropdown and click 'Download XML (DATEV)'. You’ll then see a modal to set up your export.
