Allow switching Google Drive accounts or disabling Drive sync

Allow users to switch the connected Google Drive account or temporarily disable syncing without fully reconnecting the integration. Currently, changing accounts or pausing sync requires deleting and reconfiguring, which is disruptive. Built-in controls for account switching and sync management would make workflows more flexible and efficient.
