Possibility to edit the naming convention further

The current solution is great, but it would be even better if we could add additional fields (i.e. Bank) to more easily find and name files. Also, It would be great to allow editing the convention further (an example could be: Date_invoice name_Bank + currency_Currency (again) + amount) so each user can not only change the order of the tokens, but also more freely build his own convention by leveraging the fields available

    Additional comments:

    The following fields would be necessary, too:

    • Prefix (just a string)

    • Suffix (just a string)

    • Telegram User ID

    This would allow a lot of organizations to sort their files properly.

    Rationale:

    • Prefix + Suffix would be for those orgs that have an internally standardized nomenclature (which we do)

    • Telegram User ID is absolutely necessary to be able to associate expenses to a set of users for refund - We see that those are available in the summary dashboard yet it’s not a field that can be used in the file naming config
