Statements Pulling Through as Invoices

Statements are sometimes pulled through as invoices (I also had an automated P&L report pulled in). Can there be an AI rule that determines the word “Statement” and rejects it please?

Otherwise you end up with double invoices in QBO or the Get-Invoice portal.
