Statements Pulling Through as Invoices
Statements are sometimes pulled through as invoices (I also had an automated P&L report pulled in). Can there be an AI rule that determines the word “Statement” and rejects it please?
Otherwise you end up with double invoices in QBO or the Get-Invoice portal.

Hey Simon! Yes, you could already create an AI rule that if the document contains the word “Statement”, the invoice should be excluded. Let me know if you need additional help setting it up :)
